I’m starting to update various websites with a December 01, 2014 release date, since sometimes it can take online retailers awhile to process new items into their websites…and even were I to approve the proof this week, it would take time to receive the physical copies to sell locally (or through this site)…and the Thanksgiving holiday might cause some delays there.
