There’s a : program / script / button : for that.

Except when nobody thought to make one to do the thing you need. Or there used to be, but someone: bought the program and made alterations with no consideration for its multitude of existing users / neglected to include it in the “improved” GUI / failed to updated it, so it no longer works.
